RISC proudly celebrated Independence Day

Roots International Schools and Colleges, Wellington Campus, proudly celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The event was graced by the honorable presence of H.E. Mr. Jemal Beker Abdula, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Pakistan.

The day commenced with the stirring sight of the national flag being hoisted by H.E. Mr. Jemal Beker Abdula, accompanied by the resonant strains of the national anthem.

A plantation drive was undertaken by the chief Guest and students, symbolizing the commitment to environmental conservation and the growth of the country. Following this, a cake-cutting ceremony took place, signifying the sweet harmony that can be achieved through collective efforts and unity.

One of the highlights of the event , H.E. Mr. Jemal Beker Abdula presented shields to the high achievers of CAIEl May-June 2023 examinations. This acknowledgment not only honors the exceptional achievements of the students but also reflects the commitment of RISC to nurturing academic brilliance.
