Recognized for it’s groundbreaking innovation, impactful educational research, and commitment to 21st-century sustainable goals, RISC stands out as a symbol of excellence. Through their dedication to capacity building, the institution has empowered millions of youths across Pakistan, leaving an indelible mark on communities.
Notably, the award was presented by The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Pakistan, H.E Mr. Mohamed Karmoune, alongside Governor of Sindh, Mr. Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Haji Ghulam Ali, and other high officials in attendance, highlighting RISC’s significance.

President RCCI Mr. Saqib Rafiq was invited as a Chief Guest by Mr. Walid Mushtaq CEO RISC & MIUC along with a vibrant student body at MEW/Investiture Ceremony. MIUC/ RISC is carving out trail blazing entrepreneurship opportunities for youth across Pakistan & the world. Students will be undergoing substantial rigour of entrepreneurial projects, ideas, business plans, competitive research, business intelligence & technolgy embedded plans across Pakistan. A large number of leading RCCI businessmen, entrepreneurs accompanied the President at RISC Richmond campus today.

Mr. Daniel Howlett, Regional Head of Commercial Banking Middle East, North Africa & Turkey at HSBC, paid a visit Roots International Schools & Colleges and MIUC. Drawing from his extensive experience in the financial industry, Mr. Howlett’s presentation took the audience on a journey through the intricate world of banking, shedding light on both the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. He spoke with great passion about his own career path and how he successfully navigated the complex banking landscape.

The opening ceremony of one of the the largest sports fest, RILYMPICS’23 took place on Friday February 24, 2023 at H-8/4, Islamabad, with attendance and participation of students from all of North region.
The day kicked off with flag hoisting and the national anthem, followed by march-past by participating teams representing various sports clubs from campuses of RISC/MIUC.
The event was graces by esteemed guests, including Usman Wazir, a Pakistani professional boxer who currently holds Asian Boxing Federation Welterweight title and Ali Imran Zaidi, another Pakistani professional all-rounder cricketer and businessman.
RISC have entered into a historic collaboration with Google in Pakistan to establish a distinctive and collaborative learning and innovation partnership. This collaboration was marked by the presence of Mr. Paul Hutchings, Regional Head of Google for Education (AUS, NZ & PK), Mr. Eric Stromquist, CEO of CTL, Walid Mushtaq, and high officials from both parties.

The ceremony also honored our athletes from past, present, and future in a grand celebration filled with colors, music & torch fire.
The three-day festival provided a welcoming and fun environment to students from around the city and allowed them to showcase their talents at a competitive level in an inclusive way. We extend gratitude to all those involved in making RILYMPICS’23 a total success.
The primary goal of RILYMPICS 2023 is to mobilise the community, especially youth and promote camaraderie, athleticism, good sportsmanship to strengthen teamwork; character building, teaching respect, honor, discipline, friendliness, inclusion, resilience, and perseverance and to become a good citizen of the society.
